Thank you for the communication about the Range.  Coaltar Cream is used for Eczema or Psoriasis and I would rather recommend the following:

The Ointment is more effective.  The baby can be bathed with it, by applying it as a “soap” and bathing it off and then applying a thick coating on the affected area.  Every time the nappy is changed one should re-apply.  It can safely be used for prevention, as well as treatment. It contains antibacterial as well as anti-inflammatory value. Avoid harsh commercial soaps, bubble baths and baby ranges.  The Safari Cleansing Bar is also a gentle soapfree option to wash with, as it is soapfree and healing. Thereafter one applies the Ointment.
