An Alpha Hydroxy proven rejuvenating product with low factor Sunscreen. In combination with Beta Hydroxy Gel, an even better rejuvenating effect. Paraben free. May sting and irritate sensitive skin around the eyes. Acid content is 2% more than the normal Day/Night Alpha Moisturiser.

I started using this after a period where I had been ill for a while and just didn’t feel up to my usual multiple step skincare routine, which actually worked out quite well, as it gave the product a chance to do its thing without too much interference from other products. As a moisturiser, this absorbs quickly and completely disappears, while still being hydrating. While there is no added fragrance, it has the very faint, pleasantly sweet and comforting smell I have come to associate with certain Creme Classique products and which I suspect is the natural scent of the acid complex used. The exfoliating effect of the AHA complex takes about a week to really become apparent, but once it did, my dull, neglected skin was brightened and my breakouts all but disappeared. I feel like this is a great product for anyone, who, for reasons of budget/time/effort, is looking for a really good multipurpose product to simplify their skincare routine. It moisturises, exfoliates and the retinyl palmitate should work to boost collagen production in the long term. This works well for those, like me, with sensitive and breakout prone skin, as well as mature and very dry skin, as my mom can attest, as she is now a fan of this product. I am sure men and surly teenagers would also benefit from this, as it is easily absorbed, while still being extremely effective, both in terms of anti-aging as well as treating skin concerns such as acne. Combined with a low pH cleanser and a good sunscreen, this product is the cornerstone of a very simple, but very effective skincare routine. As a final note, I apply this to face, neck, chest, as well as shoulders and upper arms, as this has done wonders for the keratosis pilaris, the little bumps on my upper arms as well!
