Soft lasers are usually not of major help in dermatology. Hard lasers, Ellipse light treatments and Radiofrequency are effective depending on the skin condition. To prevent Facial Dilated Bloodvessels, avoid sun, heat, hot drinks, alcohol and coffee. We suggest the you go and see a Dermatologist. Treatment is with Ellipse light laser as well as anti-inflammatory and vasoconstriction creams. Cosmetic creams can only conceal, but will have no lasting benefit.
