Hi. My 7yr old daughter has over the last two days developed a really rough and red section across all her knuckles on both hands (top side). I have bought the Cream on recommendation of the sales lady at the pharmacy. My daughter also has OCD about having cream on her hands and then touching her face accidentally. She is worried about the cream getting in her eyes or mouth while she sleeps with her hands by her face or if she rubs her eyes in her sleep. Is there cause for concern in this regard please?

Also.. is she old enough to use this cream? And does it need to be used as a cleanser before applying? I read that in one of your previous answers…
