Is there a barrier cream or another solution for a teenage provincial swimmer who’s acne flares up after each exposure to chlorine?

There is a Skin Barrier Cream which will protect the swimmer to some measure against the reaction of the chlorine.  That can be applied before swimming and the person should quickly rinse off after the swim and then apply the Ointment (eczema and psoriasis) or the Cream (dry skin moisturiser). Both can also be applied as “soaps” when showering, washed off and re-applied.  A consultation with a Dermatologist is also recommended, because if it is possibly eczema, additional medication may be required.  Not only chlorine, but also water itself may be a trigger.
