Success can be achieved with laser treatment, specifically the IPL (Intense Pulsed Light) laser.  Also assure yourself to visit the practice of well qualified staff to use the equipment. It takes a few treatments and one will have to permanently take care of sunprotection.  The Safari SPF40 Sunscreen is highly recommended and also serves as a day and night moisturiser. One needs to be aware that blemishes may always re-appear and that follow-up treatments can be done.
