The Coaltar Cream is formulated for Eczema and Psoriasis and should be avoided on the baby.  The best emolient would be the Ointment (although also good for medical conditions) and the Cream (dry skin moisturiser).  They are applied as “soap”, rinsed off and again applied after drying and after every nappi change.  The best is to avoid commercial bubble baths and soaps.
