Unfortunately both Warfarin and Cortizones thin the skin and may cause sub-cutaneous bleeding.  From the Creme Classique range the following products may be applied.  Both the Cream (dry skin moisturiser) and the Ointment (Psoriasis and eczema) can be applied as “soap”, bathed off and re-applied to keep the skin moist and also have anti-bacterial value to prevent infection.

It is also important to apply the Safari SPF40 Sunscreen.
