Bathing with one of the following:  the Safari Cleansing Bar, Cream (dry skin moisturiser) or the Ointment (Psoriasis and Eczema). The Cream and/or Moisturiser is to be re-applied after bathing, even a few times per day.  The Zinc Pyrithione Shampoo can be used daily or as often as one washes hair.  One may also use the Safari Cleansing Bar to wash with and non-irritating for being soapfree.

The Cream (dry skin moisturiser) and the Ointment (psoriasis and eczema) are both ideal.  One may apply it as a “soap” rinse off and re-apply either of them a few times per day.  Additionaly one may use the Zinc Pyrithione Shampoo and the Safari Cleansing Bar can add great value.  Avoid commercial soaps, shampoos and bubble bath.
